Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is established electronically between the ordering consumer and the seller, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Buyer: The consumer identified by the first name, last name, address, and contact details provided in the order form.
Subject
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer. Product characteristics, quantity, and price are shown in the order summary.
Price and payment
The total price, including product price, shipping, and taxes where applicable, is shown at the time of order. Payment is collected through the methods defined on the site.
Delivery
- Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer
- The estimated delivery time is stated in the order/payment confirmation
- You will be notified in case of force majeure or logistics delays
- If the delivery is damaged, we recommend documenting it with a report
Right of withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. The withdrawal procedure and exceptions are explained in the Return and Withdrawal Terms and the Pre-Information Form.
Disputes
Consumers may submit complaints to support@thebians.com. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
