Purposes of processing and legal grounds
Purposes: providing products/services, contract processes, invoicing, logistics, support, legal notifications, security, and (where consented) commercial electronic messages.
Legal grounds: KVKK Art. 5/2 (a), (c), (ç), (e), (f), and, where necessary, explicit consent under Art. 5/1; special categories of data are not processed, and if required, the conditions under Art. 6 apply.
Collection method
Data is collected through website forms, account creation, order and payment steps, the app, call/email support, and cookies, by automatic or partially automatic means.
Transfer
Data may be shared with authorized public institutions, shipping and logistics companies, payment providers, cloud/IT service providers, and legal advisors, within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
Data subject rights
You can apply through support@thebians.com to exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK. Application procedures, identity verification, and response times are carried out in accordance with the law.
