Return and Withdrawal Terms

You have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. This page is a draft notice; it should be read together with the Distance Sales Agreement and applicable consumer law for the binding process.
Withdrawal period
You can create a return request within 14 days from the day you receive the product. The period is tracked from the order detail in your account.
Conditions
- The product must be undamaged
- It should be returned in its original packaging and, where possible, with all accessories
- Signs of use, installation damage, or missing parts may affect return acceptance
- Withdrawal exceptions under the Regulation apply
Process
- Create a return request for the relevant order from your account
- Follow the instructions and ship the product with the designated carrier
- The product is inspected once it reaches us
- Once approved, the refund is credited to your payment method (usually within 14 days)
Shipping
The shipping fee policy for returns under the right of withdrawal will be finalized after legal review. Free return shipping is highlighted in the demo experience.
Warranty and defects
Outside the right of withdrawal, defect/service requests under the 2-year warranty are handled through a separate process. The review may result in a repair, replacement, or refund.
